Where are you located?
Kaudia Estate is situated in Thangdar village, on the route between Mussoorie and Chamba, in the scenic region of Kanatal, Uttarakhand. You can reach us comfortably by road, air, or train, and detailed directions are shared after your booking is confirmed.

What kind of food will I find at Kaudia Estate?
Our kitchen serves fresh, flavorful meals prepared with organic local produce, and we’re happy to accommodate dietary preferences when informed in advance. You can also enjoy a curated barbecue experience at the fire pit near the common room during your stay.
Are children allowed?
Kaudia Estate is an adults-only property. Children above 12 years are welcome but must remain under parental supervision at all times.
Do you provide accommodation for domestic staff?
We have a separate accommodation facility for maids / nannies at the estate at an additional charge of Rs.5000 per staff member which includes their meals. Personal staff are not permitted to stay overnight inside villas. We also have accommodation facilities for drivers at the nearby guest house outside the Estate.
